Job summary

Taylor Higson is recruiting an Account Executive to join a busy Client Services team in Surrey. The role is initially a temporary contract through to Christmas with potential to become permanent for a motivated candidate.

You'll support Account Managers, process orders, liaise with suppliers, monitor SLAs, and produce monthly client reports while maintaining accurate project records in our internal systems.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, customer service or account support experience.
• Ideal experience in print environment or related industry.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day running of client accounts.
• Process customer orders and respond to client requests.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and accurately.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and produce monthly client reports.
• Manage invoicing and liaise with the Finance team.
• Use internal systems to keep project and account information up to date.
