Job summary

Taylor Higson in Surrey is seeking an Account Executive to join a busy Client Services team. The role is office-based, five days a week, and initially offered on a temporary contract through to Christmas, with potential to become permanent.

You will support day-to-day management of client accounts, process orders, liaise with suppliers, monitor SLAs, and produce client reports while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative, customer service or account support experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a print environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of client accounts.
• Process customer orders and respond to client requests.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs and produce monthly client reports.
• Manage invoicing and liaise with Finance.
• Keep project and account information up to date in internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
