Job description

The Client Service Analyst collaborates with clients to provide innovative solutions and enhance services within our technology, custodial, and direct-to-consumer offerings. This is a B2B, client-facing role, engaging daily with banks, wealth managers, and platforms.

What you will do:
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, leveraging your knowledge of SEI offerings to deliver tailored solutions and initiatives based on client needs. Some travel may be required, primarily based in our London office.
  2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client services through innovative thinking and ideas from all employees, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, written communication, or face-to-face interactions, representing SEI professionally at all times.
  4. Interpret raw data to identify trends and opportunities, utilizing your analytical skills.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure we provide the best solutions and services to our clients.
  6. Identify, assess, and manage risks by understanding relevant policies and procedures, escalating incidents appropriately, and completing required risk management training.
