This leading Investment Management firm strives to deliver exceptional financial services. As a Client Services Executive, you will be the cornerstone of client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.

Duties of the Client Services Executive include:
  • Building Lasting Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively engaging to deliver exceptional outcomes and keep them informed.
  • Streamlining Processes: Manage the complete client lifecycle administration, from onboarding to payment processing, ensuring smooth portfolio valuation processes.
  • Administrative Expertise: Act as the go-to person for administration queries, lead discussions during client meetings, and support the Investment Team by gathering essential information for client suitability.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with Investment Managers, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and strengthen relationships.
Requirements for the Client Service Executive:
  • Experience in financial services is highly advantageous.
  • Client-facing experience within financial services is required.
  • Personable, professional, with strong time management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
