As an Associate in Client Services you will manage multiple client projects, coordinate end-to-end client‑expert communications, and leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify optimal expert matches, developing transferable business and negotiation skills for progression to Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Danish or C2 level is required; living or working in continental Europe is desirable.
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client‑expert communications, including phone screening and negotiating with experts to match clients' requests.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage relevant experts.
• Understand project context and the legal/regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
