Job summary

AlphaSights seeks an Associate in the Client Service team to connect clients with expert knowledge. You will manage multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers, coordinating between clients and experts in a high-intensity setting.

You will own end-to-end communications, use AI-powered tools, and learn to navigate project contexts and regulatory environments. The role offers a structured path with potential advancement and MBA sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Italian or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client-expert communications, including phone screening and negotiating to position best matches for clients.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with relevant experts.
• Understand the project and market context and the legal/regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
