Job summary

AlphaSights is seeking Associates for its London-based Associate Program. You will connect clients with niche experts, manage end-to-end communications, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The role offers a clear career path, including advancement to Manager after 24–30 months with potential MBA sponsorship, and extensive exposure to top-tier clients and industries.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Relevant internship experience.
• Fluent English and Danish or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, including phone screening and negotiating with experts to match client requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map industry value chains and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context and the legal/regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
