Job summary

Aztec is seeking a capable professional to administer a portfolio of fund structures, reporting to Senior Financial Reporting Manager. You will manage onboarding, AML/KYC, and oversee Luxembourg transfer agency operations.

The role requires strong financial services knowledge, people management experience, and the ability to coordinate with legal and tax advisors. The position offers a flexible hybrid working pattern, a competitive salary, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for administrative matters for a number of fund structures within a team.
• Manage onboarding and subscription process for investments into underlying private equity and alternative investment funds, including AML/KYC compliance, legal documentation review, and stakeholder coordination through to execution.
• Lead and oversee all Luxembourg transfer agency operations, ensuring accurate processing of investor transactions, maintenance of shareholder registers, AML/KYC requirements, and delivery of high-quality investor services while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice.
• Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings.
• Ensure preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements on a timely basis and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Act as "B" level signatory on administration matters, ensuring policy and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts.
• Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors.
• Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff.
• Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

About the role:

• Act as "B" level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts
• Assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent, including the management of aged debtors
• Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff
• Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

• The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent)
• The candidate is required to have proven financial services experienceStrong technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)
• Some people management experience
• Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
• Act as a "B" level Authorised Signatory
