Job description

At Health Partners, we pride ourselves on being one of the UK's leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions. We partner with organisations across diverse industries, helping them to support the physical and mental health of their employees.

REF: JOB7225
Role Outline

This is your chance to be the driving force behind some of our most valued client relationships. As Client Relationship Manager you'll take full ownership of a defined client portfolio. Building trust, unlocking growth, and making sure every client feels like our only client. You will be spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, resolving challenges before they become problems, and championing the brand at every turn. It's fast-paced, relationship-led, and genuinely rewarding role.

What you will be doing:

You’ll be the owner of a portfolio of clients you can truly call your own. Owning the commercial and relationship management of your accounts, and growing them through smart, timely upselling and cross-selling. One day you’re running a strategic contact plan and building relationships with key stakeholders; the next you’re spotting a gap in a client’s service and pitching the perfect solution before they’ve even asked. You’ll get ahead of risks before they become problems, resolve queries and escalations with speed and warmth, and drive contract renewals. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep data sharp, partner with Finance to spot revenue opportunities, gather client feedback that shapes real improvements, and work with suppliers and shared inboxes to keep every plate spinning smoothly. And throughout it all, you’ll be a proud ambassador for our values, bringing fresh energy and ideas that help both your clients and Health Partners go from strength to strength.
