About Us

Thrive4Life is one of the UK’s leading corporate health & wellbeing specialists. We empower businesses to build healthier, more productive workplaces through expert-led talks, health campaigns, and bespoke wellbeing programmes.

We're now looking for someone with a healthcare background—perhaps you're a physiotherapist, osteopath, occupational health nurse, or similar professional who’s looking for a new direction, a change of pace, or a step away from hands-on clinical work. This role offers the chance to stay connected to the world of health and wellbeing, while developing skills in client relationship management and business development.

What You’ll Do

As our Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the link between our corporate clients and the services we deliver. You’ll be responsible for managing new and existing relationships and overseeing the smooth rollout of wellbeing initiatives—from first enquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Speaking directly with prospective clients to understand their wellbeing needs
• Managing ongoing relationships with existing accounts
• Coordinating talks, training sessions, and campaigns with our internal team and external specialists
• Overseeing logistics for our monthly health & wellbeing talks package
• Supporting lead generation and outreach using Apollo and Salesforce
• Attending expos and networking events to represent Thrive4Life
• Ensuring a high-quality, professional client experience at every stage

Who This Role Might Suit

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in healthcare or a clinical setting and is now looking to pivot into the business side of wellbeing. You’ll bring empathy, understanding of health, and excellent communication skills—alongside a desire to learn and grow in a commercial environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Confident, warm, and articulate in person and over email
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Interested in health promotion and workplace wellbeing
• Comfortable with tech tools and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced team
• Within commuting distance of both Esher and London City (South West London ideal)

Why Join Thrive4Life?

• A chance to stay in the health and wellbeing space—without being hands-on
• A career pivot opportunity for health professionals seeking a fresh challenge
• Work with top-tier clients across the finance, legal, and insurance sectors
• Be part of a purpose-driven, supportive team
• Attend inspiring workplace wellbeing events and expos
• Enjoy variety, autonomy, and professional growth
• Competitive salary + performance bonus
• And yes—you’ll get to work alongside our lovely office dog
