Bird & Bird in London is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the Marketing and Business Development team. This role supports global client service and insight initiatives, managing a diverse portfolio across practices and countries to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive growth.

You will design and implement account strategies, coordinate client feedback processes, and lead global account team collaboration.

Formación

• Experience in Legal or Professional Services environment (preferable).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Able to identify potential new business opportunities.
• Forges strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Takes a professional yet robust approach to challenging conversations.
• Understands clients' priorities and provides proactive solutions and manages expectations in line with these.
• Demonstrable experience in account management or related BD role(s).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement an effective account strategy and relationship plan.
• Facilitate annual client relationship reviews with the account team.
• Manage client relationship maps and CRM monitoring.
• Coordinate global account team communications and meetings.
• Monitor industry and client issues and share insights with the account team.
• Support proposals process on major RFPs and tenders. Ensure proposal teams understand client culture and buying criteria.
