MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of key client accounts within a private fire safety and compliance environment. The role combines office collaboration with home working, supporting scheduling through to report delivery and ensuring service standards are met.

You will work with operational, technical and compliance teams to manage client communications, track KPIs and invoices, and pursue opportunities for contract extensions.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Project Coordination or a similar customer-facing role.
