Job summary

Fox Group International, based in Daresbury, is seeking a Junior Client Relationship Manager to nurture an existing portfolio and ensure continuity during maternity cover. You will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and spot opportunities to increase repeat orders.

As you grow in the role, you’ll explore new business development, onboarding, and expanding the customer base, while collaborating with Marketing and Customer Service to deliver a consistently excellent

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales or account support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts.
Motivation to work towards measurable targets.
Confidence using CRM systems, or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers, maintaining regular contact.
Identify opportunities to increase customer spend through recommendations and cross-selling.
Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Onboard new customers and support onboarding to grow the customer base.
Maintain CRM records with conversations, opportunities and next steps.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and Commercial teams to deliver a consistent experience.
Work towards revenue, gross profit and retention targets with guidance from the Senior Manager.
