Job summary

Fox Group International is hiring a Junior Client Relationship Manager to join the Business Development team at our Daresbury site. You will nurture an existing portfolio, ensuring continuity during maternity cover, while seeking opportunities to grow spend and engagement.

As the role develops, you will participate in new business development, onboarding of customers and expanding our customer base within a fast-paced, ambitious company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account support (customer-facing role).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a desire to help customers succeed.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM systems; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of customers and maintain regular contact to understand needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase spend through cross-selling and repeat purchases.
• Provide excellent customer support and act as the main point of contact for queries.
• Onboard new products to customers and encourage adoption to drive loyalty.
• Support new business development and onboarding of new customers as role expands.
