KEY DUTIES

1. Execute targeted HubSpot campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead follow-up to drive meetings and engagement.
2. Research prospects, prepare bespoke meeting materials, and occasionally attend meetings to support client strategy.
3. Manage HubSpot CRM records, track funnel progress, and create dashboards to optimise business development efforts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Experienced in HubSpot CRM workflows, campaign execution, data maintenance, and performance tracking with analytical insight.
2. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and confident in preparing client-facing materials using PowerPoint.
3. Clear written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and suggest continuous improvements.
