Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure Solicitors that have been instructed to work on behalf of the company are meeting the required regulatory, financial and operational performance targets as well as analysing their performance and adherence to service level agreements.
• Drive collection targets and focus on the Solicitor's quality and adherence to processes.
• Conduct regular review meetings with Solicitors either on- or off-site; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Very strong experience in client relationships and liaising skills to drive KPI management performance.
• B2B experience and performance management, including face-to-face relationship experiences with clients, is required.
• High level of literacy and numeracy, with good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of financial services is desirable.
