Job summary

Catering in Northampton is seeking a Client Relations Administrator to deliver outstanding service as the first point of contact for customers. This role is office-based, Monday–Friday, with a salary of £26,000–£28,000 per year depending on experience.

You will handle telephone and webchat inquiries, qualify leads, and direct customers to the appropriate sales team members while supporting quality monitoring, compliance processes, customer reviews, and a variety of operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; BBB or equivalent at A-levels or higher.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in customer service, account management or admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone and webchat inquiries, directing customers to the appropriate Sales Team member.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional telephone manner.
• Keep Customer Records Management system up to date with accurate client information and call summaries.
