Client Relations Specialist | Utilimaster | Bristol, IN (Main)

Overview

As the Client Relations Specialist for Utilimaster (A Shyft Brand) based in Bristol, IN, you will support our outside sales staff, manage orders, and cultivate strong customer relationships. You will ensure outstanding service by providing accurate specifications, monitoring orders, and maintaining effective communication with customers and the Production team.

You will also play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to the team's success by achieving sales goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process for truck bodies
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotes and sales orders
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Address inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Monitor and manage current sales orders from placement to completion
  • Partner with Production to keep customers informed about order status
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Upsell products and services by understanding customer needs and offering recommendations
  • Improve operational efficiency while meeting individual and departmental sales goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1+ year of proven inside sales or customer service experience (call center or manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience in developing and growing customer relationships
