About the Role

As a Client Relations Manager in our Key Accounts team, you will support the administration and management of designated key firms, working closely with your Senior Client Relations Manager. You will manage regional firms, especially where no Senior Manager is assigned, and be responsible for the service provided to these firms.

You will play a vital role in building relationships with adviser firms, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently. Your role involves managing your own portfolio, collaborating across departments, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing outstanding service to advisers and clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring platform and system operations meet those needs.
  2. Handling communications via calls, emails, and other channels, maintaining proper records.
  3. Partnering with firms to enhance their customer experience and supporting team members.
  4. Managing escalations, non-standard requests, and process queries effectively.
  5. Collaborating to find solutions under pressure.
  6. Maintaining and improving processes and documentation standards.
  7. Proactively seeking improvements and efficiencies.
  8. Managing workload, deadlines, and KPIs.
  9. Adapting to changing environments with a positive attitude.
