Job summary

Reconomy Connect in Newark is seeking a Customer Service professional to join our Customer Experience team on a permanent full‑time basis. You will build and maintain relationships with our UK partner network, handle queries with thorough investigation, and ensure accurate records in Salesforce while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Delivered outstanding customer service in a previous role.
• The ability to work on your own and manage your time whilst being an effective team member.
• GCSE Grade C in Maths and English.
• IT skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of partners across the UK through effective communication both written and verbal.
• Effectively deal with customer queries through thorough investigation and accurate recording in Salesforce.
• Deliver outstanding customer service both internally and externally with a proactive attitude and ownership.
• Manage daily workload with regular support from your manager and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain customer records and service details in Salesforce for accuracy and usefulness.
