About the role

Dootrix is leading the shift to agent-based computing. We're not just talking about the future, we're building it.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Principal to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring long-term success and value creation. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services , the Client Principal will serve as a strategic partner, driving commercial growth, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Lead strategic conversations to understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, ensuring alignment with Dootrix's solutions.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to continually identify opportunities where we can add additional value
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success.
Commercial Growth & Strategic Planning:
  • Drive commercial expansion within existing accounts, identifying opportunities for new projects and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Services and leadership team to define and execute account growth strategies.
  • Develop business cases for expanding engagements, ensuring client ROI and long-term partnership value.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms to achieve mutual success for clients and Dootrix.
  • Ensure successful delivery of engagements by working closely with internal teams to maintain alignment with client expectations.
  • Identify risks early, proactively addressing challenges to maintain a positive client experience.
  • Support teams in understanding client business goals to ensure effective and impactful project execution.
Leadership & Internal Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and leadership, to support a seamless client experience.

Contribute to the refinement of Dootrix's service offerings based on client feedback and market trends.

Represent Dootrix at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.

What we're looking for

Mindset:

Strong track record on educating and engaging C-Level decision makers.

Consultative mindset and naturally curious
Demonstrable approach to implementing a 'customer centric' approach to engagement delivery.

10+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar strategic role within a technology or professional services environment.

Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level client accounts.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of an organization, including C-suite executives.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in leading client discussions.
