Job summary

ProTalent are recruiting a Client Portfolio Manager for an established Eastleigh accountancy firm. You will handle accounts production for limited companies, manage a varied client portfolio and review work by junior staff.

You will undertake audit work from planning to completion, act as Audit Senior on site, support tax compliance, and look for opportunities to win new clients. ACA/ACCA qualification and a solid practice background are essential.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with solid practice background.
• Good audit knowledge and desire for a mixed audit/accounts role.
• Ability to review accounts and manage client portfolios.
• Willingness to progress within a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Produce accounts for limited companies, including groups and consolidated accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of clients from various industries.
• Review accounts produced by junior team members.
• Lead audit work from planning to completion for a wide range of clients.
• Act as Audit Senior on site and assist junior staff.
• Assist clients with queries and ensure tax compliance.

The Client Portfolio Manager role:

• Accounts production for limited companies including groups and consolidated accounts
• Managing a portfolio of clients from a range of industries.
• Reviewing accounts produced my more junior members of the team
• Audit work from planning to completion for a wide range of clients
• Acting as an AuditSenior on site and assisting more junior members of the team
• Tax compliance
• Assisting clients with queries and working closely with Managers and Directorsto ensure highest levels of service
• Identifying opportunities to win new clients
• Attending new client meetings with the Director/Associate Director when required.

The successful applicant:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Solid practice background
