About the role:

Autograph Recruitment is working with a respected Accountancy Practice that is expanding its team, they are seeking qualified ACA or ACCA accountants to join. You will oversee a broad range of non-audit clients from different industry sectors, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Reporting directly to the directors of the accountancy firm, this position offers the opportunity to take a key role in expanding and enhancing the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience, with extensive relevant experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently, clearly, and effectively at all levels.

• A high standard of professionalism, committed to delivering exceptional client service.

• Solid technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.

• Familiarity with personal and business tax regulations, including VAT and PAYE

• Experience in supervising accounts staff
