About the role:

Autograph Recruitment is working with a respected Accountancy Practice that is expanding its team. They are seeking qualified ACA or ACCA accountants to join. You will oversee a broad range of non-audit clients from different industry sectors, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Reporting directly to the directors of the accountancy firm, this position offers the opportunity to take a key role in expanding and enhancing the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience, with extensive relevant experience in a similar role.
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently, clearly, and effectively at all levels.
3. A high standard of professionalism, committed to delivering exceptional client service.
4. Solid technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.
5. Familiarity with personal and business tax regulations, including VAT and PAYE.
6. Experience in supervising accounts staff.
