Job summary

KMK Recruitment Limited is seeking a Temp Client Services Analyst / Coordinator in the City, with five days onsite and an immediate start. You will own client and supplier work from start to finish, handling queries and documentation through to completion, while using Excel extensively to manage financial and operational data.

This hands-on role requires strong numerical skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to work at pace in a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong numerical ability and attention to detail with Excel.
• Experience handling client and supplier information with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Managing client onboarding and operational workflows from start to finish.
• Acting as a first point of contact for clients and suppliers by telephone and email.
• Preparing quotations, savings schedules and invoices.
• Using Excel extensively to produce accurate financial and operational information.
• Processing invoicing and commission accurately and in real time.
• Handling client and supplier queries independently through to resolution.
• Maintaining accurate operational records, systems and documentation.
• Supporting day-to-day running of client and supplier processes.
