Job summary

Market Talent Ltd is supporting a prestigious UK banking brand in its search for a Relationship Support Officer. The role is on-site in London (Tooting area), Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, supporting Relationship Managers with onboarding, AML/KYC, and branch operations.

You will be the primary contact for customers, handling onboarding, due diligence, locker operations and cash handling while coordinating with internal teams on documentation and credit processing.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service and relationship support experience.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC processes.
• Operational banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Support Relationship & Branch Manager with client meetings and follow-up actions.
• Process cash deposits and withdrawals in line with bank procedures.
• Handle onboarding requests and perform AML/KYC for new and existing clients.
• Assist with credit administration and documentation uploads.
• Prepare branch MIS reports and management information submissions.
