Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Client Onboarding Executive to support client teams by carrying out initial due diligence, including screening for sanctions and adverse media, gathering documentation, and entering information into our systems.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, liaise to obtain information, and help maintain risk controls while delivering timely, accurate onboarding for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Works well within a team and builds relationships within the firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to work under time pressure.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient IT skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out client due diligence and collate supporting documents for new and existing clients.
• Screen clients for sanctions, PEPs and adverse media; support Risk Partner to assess risk.
• Input due diligence information and documentation into firm systems for submission and review.
• Lead by example with reliability and high quality in all tasks.
• Liaise with client-facing teams to obtain further information and/or documentation.
• Recognise anomalies or issues and escalate appropriately.
• Utilise IT skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet tools.
• Work well in a team and maintain relationships within the wider firm.
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
