Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking a Client Onboarding Executive to support client teams with due diligence, initial research, and documentation for onboarding new and existing clients. You will input information into the firm’s systems and collaborate with risk and client-facing teams.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery under deadlines, strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to work well in a team within our Nottingham offices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out client due diligence and collate supporting documents for new and existing clients, updating periodically.
• Screen clients for sanctions, PEPs and adverse media; support risk assessment.
• Input due diligence information into firm systems for submission and review.
• Liaise with client-facing teams to obtain information and escalate issues as needed.
• Demonstrate reliability, self-motivation and commitment to high quality work.
• Work well within a team and maintain relationships across the firm.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
