• Manages end-to-end account activities including fund launches, closures and mergers.
• Handles end-to-end client queries and guides clients on account requirements.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and leverage digital tools.
• Builds relationships with internal partners to ensure seamless client delivery and KPIs.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of account opening/maintenance workflows and SLAs.
• Develops and maintains email workflow tools ensuring data integrity.
