Job summary

• Manage end-to-end account activities including fund launches, closures, mergers, and remediation efforts.
• Handle end-to-end client queries and guide clients on account requirements.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes by leveraging digital tools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal partners for seamless client delivery and process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of account opening/maintenance workflows and SLAs/KPIs.
