You will supervise a small team, provide high‑quality accounting and business advisory services, and strengthen client relationships within a value‑driven, long‑term partnership.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in accountancy practice and managing client relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero.
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience using practice management systems and coordinating client deadlines.
• Interest in accounting technology and improving delivery of work.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of technology businesses, providing accounting support and business advisory services.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as the main contact for queries.
• Supervising bookkeepers and offshore accountants, ensuring quality across accounts production, VAT returns and payroll.
• Overseeing client deadlines and coordinating workloads through the firm’s practice management systems.
• Helping clients get more from Xero, providing guidance and recommending connected apps.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and service delivery.
