Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent accountancy qualification.
• Experience in accountancy practice with client relationships.
• Interest in technology and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of technology businesses, providing accounting support and advisory services.
• Build strong client relationships and act as main point of contact.
• Supervise bookkeepers and offshore accountants, ensuring quality across accounts production, VAT and payroll.
• Oversee client deadlines and coordinate workloads via practice systems.
• Advise clients on using Xero and connected apps for business improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery, staying current with tech.
