Your new role

As a Client Manager, you will handle a portfolio of clients including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, focusing on supporting SMEs and OMBs. You will manage a team of support staff to ensure high-quality service, focusing on accounts, tax, and general practice services, along with project work.

Key duties include:

• Managing your own and your team’s client portfolios
• Providing proactive, high-quality service
• Building long-term client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring trainees
• Reviewing trainee work and providing feedback
• Basic tax planning
• Monitoring workflow and collaborating with other team leaders
• Coordinating full-service delivery to clients

Requirements
