CMA Recruitment Group is supporting an established accountancy practice in Eastleigh, Hampshire, to appoint a Client Manager who will own a portfolio of around 50 SME clients. You will coordinate work across staff and bookkeeping teams, review accounts, and manage deadlines from start to finish, delivering a high-quality, client-focused service.

There is potential for progression towards partnership in the longer term.

Formación

• Experience managing SME client portfolios within an accountancy practice.
• Ability to review work, delegate, and maintain high quality standards.
• Capable of end-to-end client delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Strong client communication and commercially aware approach.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 50 SME limited company clients.
• Coordinate work by preparatory staff and outsourced bookkeeping teams.
• Review and finalise accounts and related work with high accuracy.
• Manage deadlines and oversee the complete delivery cycle for clients.
• Provide a responsive, professional service as the main client contact.
