Job summary

Autograph Specialist Recruitment Limited in Chepstow is seeking a Client Manager to nurture relationships with accountancy practices across the South West and win new business for Autograph.

You'll manage existing PSLs, grow accounts, and deliver a high-quality service from vacancy to placement, combining relationship-building with a commercial mindset in a hybrid, English-based role.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with “new-to-us” clients
• Maintaining and strengthening existing PSL relationships
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Understanding clients' businesses, teams and recruitment needs
• Delivering a first-class service from vacancy to placement
• Picking up the phone, having the conversations and making things happen
• Building long-term partnerships rather than simply filling vacancies
