Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified and have experience as a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager. Qualifications

• Be ACA / ACCA qualified.
• Have practice experience as a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager.
• Have worked with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
• Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse client portfolio.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Lead a team, overseeing the production of work.
• Work collaboratively with directors and other departments.
• Retain existing clients and build relationships with potential new clients.
• Coach, develop, and lead the accounts team.
