Job summary

Clark Wood Limited seeks an experienced Client Manager in Daventry to deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services with minimal Partner supervision. You will manage a portfolio of clients, lead meetings, review statutory accounts, and support tax planning while supervising junior staff.

ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is required, with strong accountancy practice experience and excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent; QBE considered.
• Strong experience in an accountancy practice.
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients and be their main point of contact.
• Build long-term client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Oversee preparation of statutory accounts and financial statements.
• Review corporate and personal tax returns and support tax planning work.
• Ensure client work is completed accurately and on time.
• Supervise and develop junior staff and oversee workflow.
