Job summary

Prince Personnel Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Client Manager for a permanent position in an accountancy practice based in Telford. You will support the Director, delivering high-quality accounting and tax services and acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients.

Mon - Fri - 9am - 5pm - 1 hour lunch

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are recruiting for an accountancy practice based in Telford. They are looking for a Client Manager on a permanent basis. This role will be to support the Director, to provide high-quality accounting and tax services and advice to clients, ensuring that their accountancy needs are met.

Duties

• Ownership and management of a portfolio of clients.
• Client facing role - being the main point of contact for these clients.
• Accounts for clients - planning, reviewing and meeting and finalisation.
• Advising and giving guidance to clients on their accounts and other related matters.
• Remuneration planning.
• Overview of VAT returns/management accounts/year end limited accounts and tax returns/personal tax returns.
• Being the main contact for your clients in regards corporation tax and personal tax services and review of these returns.
• Line management of 2 members of staff.
• Supporting the directors.

Skills and Experience

Experience of working in practice and team management are essential. Ideally qualified ACA/ACCA, although a finalist or qualified by experience accountant would be considered. You will need excellent IT skills with experience of accounting software and good written and verbal communication skills.
