Michael Page is working with this Accountancy firm to recruit a Client Manager for their Accounts department. Their clients come from various industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, and consultancy. Job Description

The Client Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Preparation and review of client accounts
  2. Planning and completion of audits
  3. Preparation and review of tax work (VAT returns and corporate tax returns)
  4. Holding client meetings, either virtually or face-to-face
  5. Delegating work efficiently to the team to ensure proper management of planners
  6. Tracking billing targets and monitoring deadlines
  7. Working with Xero, Sage, Iris, and QuickBooks
  8. Reporting to the Partner and assisting junior staff within the team
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience in an accountancy practice
  • Excellent communication, organization, efficiency, and a positive attitude
  • Strong background in accounts, general tax, and business advisory
  • Experience in supervising and training staff
  • Confidence in dealing with clients to provide high-quality service
