Client Manager – Natural Resources

We are looking for a Client Manager to join our Natural Resources team, focusing on established Natural Resources technologies and Energy Transition opportunities such as CC(U)S and Hydrogen.

The team is part of Aon's Global Broking Centre, our specialist broking practice focusing on the London international insurance market.

  6. Handling renewal and new business (wholesale/retail)

We will rely on you to:
  • Contribute to portfolio growth by servicing a worldwide client base, including renewals and new business
  • Manage client relationships and participate in renewal strategy meetings (RSMs)
  • Participate in London/international client market roadshows
  • Obtain quotes, present terms, and bind coverage
  • Deliver excellent client service to direct or Aon network clients
  • Work with Aon CC(U)S and Hydrogen leaders on Energy Transition opportunities
  • Utilize client template emails
  • Support tenders and RFPs
Market execution responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage market relationships and support broking strategy
  • Review risks and prepare underwriting presentations
  • Negotiate with underwriters, face-to-face and electronically
  • Quote and place business within the London market, including facilities
General administration:
  • Maintain files and marketing sheets
  • Review and complete documentation (MRC/MRCe)
  • Use PPL and other proprietary systems
  • Work in accordance with Aon UK policies and participate in risk management and training
