Job summary

Puro Associates in Dudley is seeking a Client Manager to join a growing accountancy practice. You will manage a varied client portfolio and lead a small team, overseeing accounts, tax and advisory work.

This role offers flexible working and development within a supportive firm. You will liaise with clients and HMRC, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Strong accountancy practice experience.
• Confident managing clients independently.
• Good knowledge of accounts and taxation.
• Ideally, you'll have previous audit experience, although this isn't essential.
• Experience supervising or mentoring others.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• ACA/ACCA/AAT or equivalent would be advantageous.

An established accountancy practice in Dudley is looking to appoint an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team.

This is a varied role combining client management, accounts, tax and team leadership, with responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
• Preparing and reviewing accounts and management accounts.
• Overseeing bookkeeping and tax compliance.
• Advising clients on accounting and tax matters.
• Liaising with HMRC where required.
• Reviewing and supporting junior team members.
• Building strong client relationships and attending client meetings.
• Working closely with Partners and the Practice Manager.
