Job summary

Creative Recruitment in London is seeking an ambitious Client Manager to join a busy Client Services team. You will ensure the day-to-day delivery of design projects, act as the main contact for accounts, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

You will lead on smaller projects, translate briefs into action, manage timelines and budgets, collaborate with strategists, designers and production, and help identify growth opportunities within existing clients.

Qualifications

• Solid background in branding, design, or creative agencies (FMCG or Corporate experience desirable)
• Understanding of how brands live across every touchpoint
• Demonstrated experience of project management for large-scale, global brands with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on smaller projects, contributing to and supporting larger ones, collaborating with the Client Services team to deliver work on time and to budget
• Translating client briefs into clear internal briefs, building project plans, proposals and quotes, and guiding production workflows across realisation, artwork and print
• Managing client relationships through ongoing dialogue on timings, reconciliations and approach; presenting briefs, feedback, proposals and financials; circulating summaries and actions
• Collaborating with Strategists, Designers and Realisation/Production teams
• Ensuring finance and resourcing systems are up to date and assisting with invoicing and forecasting
• Identifying opportunities within existing clients and supporting new business where appropriate

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Client Manager to join a busy London Client Services team. You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of design projects and workflow, acting as the go-to contact for your accounts and building strong relationships with both clients and team members.

As Client Manager, you will be responsible for keeping projects on track and being the go-to person for your clients. This includes:

• Taking the lead on smaller projects, contributing to and supporting on larger ones, and consistently working collaboratively with your Client Services team, to ensure work is always delivered to the highest standard while meeting client timelines and budgets
• Translating client briefs into clear, actionable internal briefs for each department. Building project plans, detailed proposals and quotes, and leading clients through the process of production workflows across realisation, artwork and print
• Building client relationships which includes managing expectations through on-going dialogue regarding timings, reconciliations and approach. Presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials, organising and attending meetings, capturing and circulating accurate summaries of key discussion points and subsequent actions
• Collaborating and building strong internal relationships with Strategists, Designers and Realisation and Production teams
• Ensuring finance and resourcing systems are kept up to date and accurate and assisting with weekly management of invoicing and forecasting.
• Supporting on organic growth by helping to identify opportunities within existing clients and working on new business where appropriate
