Job summary

Bulletproof in London is seeking a Senior Client Manager for a 6-month contract. You will lead client relationships, oversee multiple brands, and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.

The role requires exceptional FMCG experience and strong presentation, leadership, and project-management skills to drive client success and timely delivery within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Organise and attend client meetings; prepare and lead presentations with precision and confidence.
• Be the primary agency lead across several brands, building trusted client partnerships.
• Distribute agendas, contact reports, statuses, timelines, and client-facing docs.
• Present briefs, feedback, proposals and financials to client teams.
• Identify opportunities with clients to unlock new conversations.
• Manage design project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day deliverables from briefing to artwork, escalating issues when needed.
• Develop and manage project timelines and detailed proposals.
• Oversee weekly billings, forecasting and client purchase orders; broaden client service scope.
• Contribute to briefs, audits, presentations and pitches strategically.

ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team and be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects while building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
• Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients
• Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation
• Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team
• Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations
• Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets
• Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues
• Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals
• Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders broaden your understanding of the client service discipline required
• Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches
