Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is looking for a Client Liaison Adviser to join the Membership Plans team in Taunton. This permanent role focuses on delivering annual lead targets through proactive outbound calling, diary management and exceptional client service.

You will proactively convert leads from website enquiries and campaigns, maintain accurate CRM records and support colleagues across the organisation in a compliant, client‑focused way.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills.
• Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Strong team player with cross-department collaboration.
• IT literate and comfortable in a regulated, compliant setting.
