Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to join the Taunton office. The role supports external communications, social media management, events and project delivery aligned with the business strategy.

We expect a CIM Level 4 qualification, strong marketing understanding, stakeholder rapport and collaborative drive. The package includes pension, bonus and wellbeing benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing communication planning and execution.
• Create and deliver the social media strategy for external comms.
• Ensure collateral is appropriate for target audiences.
• Act as contact for suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate events logistics and post-event follow up.

As a Marketing Communications Executive, your role purpose will be to support the delivery of external communications, social media management, events and project delivery in support of the business strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with marketing communication planning
• Creating and delivering the social media strategy
• Working with other team members to ensure collateral is suitable for audience
• Act as a point of contact for suppliers and partners
• Coordinating all events activity & logistics; liaising with organisers & stand team, event follow up and evaluation

• Comprehensive understanding of the principles of marketing and insurance
• Confident and capable of building rapport with key stakeholders
• Proactive, collaborative and dedicated to delivering an excellent service
• Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team
• Quality orientated with great attention to detail and record keeping
