Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships, serving as a primary contact for the client and representing client needs to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee integrated media strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring multi-channel campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet performance targets.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts, present performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and market dynamics to ensure retention through high-quality service delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams for effective campaign execution.
