We are seeking an experienced Inventory Data Analyst – Art Collections to lead in optimizing inventory processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless collection management for top-tier clients. Your role in our mission

  1. Lead inventory accuracy initiatives through system controls, cycle counts, and reconciliations, driving process improvements.
  2. Manage and maintain the Moveware database, ensuring flawless inventory tracking and data accuracy.
  3. Improve inventory visibility via reporting, audits, and strategic insights for internal teams and high-profile clients.
  4. Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams to craft solutions that enhance client satisfaction and profitability.
  5. Set and refine industry-leading inventory standards for continuous improvement.
  6. Oversee complex collection management projects, including inventory reporting and international logistics.

Valued skills and experience

  • Several years in inventory or collection management, ideally in the fine art industry.
  • Strong background in project management and/or database administration.
  • Knowledge of preventative conservation and art handling best practices is a plus.
  • Client-focused mindset with a record of delivering premium solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience handling large datasets (.xls, .csv, SQL, Google Sheets, etc.) and performing quality control.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a strategic perspective.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, reporting daily to a Crozier facility.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, with strong logistical and problem-solving skills.
