Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Customer Sales Executive in Burgess Hill to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive sales growth and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining regular contact and developing strong working relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events when required.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, strengthen customer engagement, and maximise account potential.
• Support and promote sales activity through the company's online portal.
