The Insights Family is seeking a Client Partner to lead a high-value portfolio of global accounts. You own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding to expansion—driving growth with proactive data insights that deliver real ROI for entertainment and toy brands.

Based in Manchester with London and New York locations, you will own renewals and expansions, build senior stakeholder relationships, and translate analytics into compelling narratives for C-suite buyers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quota-carrying Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in data subscriptions or market research.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate complex analytics into compelling business narratives for senior executives.
• Proactive growth mindset with a proven track record of renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of named accounts, driving Net Revenue Retention through upsells and upgrades.
• Interrogate complex datasets to deliver proactive, insight-led reviews that demonstrate ROI.
• Build multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers and senior stakeholders, mapping business outcomes to the data product suite.
