Job summary

allpay Limited in Hereford is seeking a Client Fund Analyst to support accurate client funds management and payment operations in a fast-paced fintech setting. You will report to the Client Fund Team Leader and perform reconciliations, process payments, and deliver day-to-day financial support across the business.

The role requires GCSE English & Maths, strong analytical skills, and excellent Excel proficiency, with clear communication and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders (financial and non-financial).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage payment submissions with data accuracy and timely processing.
• Perform daily reconciliations and address discrepancies; produce accurate reports.
• Provide first-line support for financial processing systems and investigate issues.
• Monitor fund movements to ensure accuracy and compliance; escalate risks as needed.
• Assist with process improvement and maintain procedural documentation.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners for wider finance activities.
• Analyse financial data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
